His roles as a Show Producer and Show Runner for top-tier studios and production companies, such as Warner Bros, Sony Pictures, MGM, 20th Television, 495 Productions, and others, underscore his ability to lead successful productions across various formats. His experience overseeing all stages of production, from concept to post-production, ensures the consistent delivery of high-quality content that resonates with audiences.
In addition to his production experience, Hatchett's role as a former Business Development Officer at Justice Cannabis Co. provided him with expertise in strategic planning, negotiation, and relationship management. With a proven track record in securing cannabis licenses and building partnerships, he demonstrates a keen understanding of business growth and navigating complex regulatory environments. This unique combination of creative vision and strategic execution positions Hatchett as a dynamic leader in both the Entertainment Industry, as well as across the Business Development sector.
Further solidifying his influence in the industry, Hatchett most recently joined the cast of VH1's hit reality series, Black Ink Crew Los Angeles, where his on-screen presence reflects his deep involvement in managing the careers of high-profile talent.
Additionally, Hatchett founded OMH Media Group in 2012, where he has played a pivotal role in shaping its success and currently leads the company as its Founder and CEO. OMH Media Group is a progressive multimedia content development, talent acquisition, and cross-platform brand management firm. Since its inception, OMH Media Group has successfully pitched a multitude of television projects to major networks and represents renowned tattoo artist and reality TV star Katrina “Kat Tat” Collins, from VH1's Black Ink Chicago.
